Wanting to do a Valentine's Day Giveaway

So as my title says I really want to do a Valentine's Day Giveaway. The only problem is I can not figure out what I should giveaway. I wanted to do something that is Valentines theme but I don't have a lot of money to spend. My mind is like blank right now. Does anyone have any fun ideas?

UPDATE: I decided to go to Pier 1 Imports this weekend and pick something for the Giveaway. They have a lot of cute gift items that do not cost a lot and items most girls would love. 

The Giveaway will start on Valentine's Day 2/14/11
